CANCELLATION POLICY:

All payments related to online bookings and reservations are fully refundable (100%), if a Cruise Ship is unable to dock on Roatan due to bad weather, high winds, or mechanical issues.

All cancellations requested with thirty days or more notice (30+ days prior to the actual arrival date) are fully refundable.

All cancellation request with 15 days’ notice (15 days prior to the actual arrival date) will be refunded at 50% of the purchasing price.

All cancellations requests submitted with less than 15 days’ notice, are not refundable.

A 5% service charge will be applied to any and all refunds.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS

You must pay, in full, to confirm a purchase. Roatan.Online accepts payments via all major credit cards, Apple Pay, & PayPal. Payments are processed in US Dollars and not in Lempiras. All posted prices are in US Dollars. Roatan.Online is not responsible for any added fees or costs that might arise from currency exchange.


Arrival & Departures

Consult local tour information officials for arrival and departure times. Tours will be processed based on their schedule independently of attendance. Missing participants will be considered as "no shows."


Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change and things happen. That said, please understand there are logistical implications and real-time spent in making your tour a reality. Our team will put in the time ahead of your arrival to ensure a smooth and successful experience. For this reason, please review the following policies & guidelines:

Transferability

Customers who provide 48 hours notice that they are unable to attend a tour, Roatan.Online will transfer the amount paid toward another service. If the new service is a lower price than the original order, then a refund for the difference will be reimbursed.

How do you request a refund?

Roatan.Online is not responsible for applications or cancellations that do not reach our office. It is our customer's responsibility to make sure all communication reaches our office. Email any and all requests to info@roatan.online with the word "REFUND" in the subject line.


Liability & Indemnification Agreement

Roatan.Online serves as a booking agent. As such, it does not accept any responsibility for any bodily harm or psychological harm that customers may experience. Customers agree to indemnify Roatan.Online 100% and further to sign Waivers with local operators. Customers also agree to carry the proper insurance to medicate any risk associated with any and all services booked directly or indirectly through our services.
