Romeo’s Pizza

They didn’t invent the wood-fired pizza, but they sure perfected it and made the perfect crust using fresh toppings, dusting it just right to give it that added crispness that you'll only find in the world’s best pizzas. But you won't find any pizza like Romeo’s on the west side of the island. You'll only find it at Romeo’s in French Harbor. Pizza you'll come back to over and over again. You see, Romeo’s wood-burning oven reaches a high temperature, which means a quick cooking time, which keeps your pizza from being soft and soggy. When the wood burns, it creates a thermal draft over and around your pizza, ensuring a perfect, evenly cooked crust. Of course, the smoke from the oven infuses a bit of live fire into your pizza for a one-of-a-kind, unmistakable flavor. Of course, Romeo’s got an edge. Cooking’s in his DNA, and the ambiance on the water in French Harbor, well, there's nothing like it. It just might become your favorite restaurant experience here on Roatan. Caribbean Italian cuisine that's authentic? That's Romeo’s. Facebook at Romeo’s Restaurant, Romeo’s on the waterfront in French Harbor.
