Online Reservations & Refund Policy for orders placed on Roatan.Online

• All payments related to online bookings and reservations are fully refundable (100%), if a Cruise Ship is unable to dock on Roatan due to bad weather, high winds or mechanical issues.

• All cancellations requested with thirty days or more notice (30+ days prior to actual arrival date) are fully refundable.

• All cancellation request with 15 days notice (15 days prior to actual arrival date) will be refunded at 50% of the purchasing price.

• All cancellations request submitted with less than 15 days notice, are not refundable.

• A 5% service charge will be applied to any and all refunds.
