Celebrate the culture, traditions, and community spirit of the Bay Islands at ALF Day, a family-friendly event hosted by the Abundant Life Foundation in honor of Bay Islands Heritage Month.

Taking place on Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 9:00 AM onward at The Dreams (Los Sueños) Community Park in Flowers Bay, the event invites residents and visitors to experience the best of island heritage through local food, handmade crafts, island products, live music, games, community activities, and an evening movie.

Visitors can also support local vendors while enjoying authentic Bay Islands flavors and discovering handcrafted products made by local artisans. ALF Day is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the traditions, stories, and culture that make Roatán and the Bay Islands such a special place.
