Abundant Life Foundation to Host Inaugural "Evening of Purpose" Fundraising Dinner in Roatán
Community leaders, entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and supporters from Honduras and beyond are invited to attend the Abundant Life Foundation's Inaugural Fundraising Dinner — An Evening of Purpose on July 7, 2026, at the beautiful Kimpton Grand Roatán Resort & Spa. This special event will bring together individuals who share a passion for creating lasting opportunities through education, affordable housing, and community development across the island of Roatán.
Hosted from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the evening will feature a gourmet dining experience prepared by the acclaimed culinary team of Alera Restaurant, along with inspiring stories from individuals and families whose lives have been positively impacted by the Foundation's work. Guests will also hear from founders David and Brenda Dachner, who will share their vision and commitment to helping communities thrive through sustainable initiatives and long-term investment in people.
Supporting Education, Housing, and Community Development in Roatán
The Abundant Life Foundation has become a driving force for positive change in Roatán through programs that focus on improving access to education, expanding affordable housing opportunities, and strengthening local communities. Experience Roatán Beyond the Dinner

Tours will be offered on July 6 at 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM, as well as on July 7 at 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM. These visits provide a firsthand look at the projects and initiatives that are making a difference in the lives of local residents.
Additionally, a youth STEM volunteer event will take place on July 8, offering attendees the opportunity to contribute their time and expertise while engaging directly with young people in the community. Space for tours and volunteer opportunities is limited and advance registration is recommended.
